Refund policy

At InkStyle, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process in accordance with United States consumer guidelines.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their item(s). To qualify, products must be slightly used, slightly worn, and with their original packaging with all tags included in the package. Certain items, such as customized or final sale products, are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival. We reserve the right to determine if the return items do not meet these criteria.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@inkstyle.net with your order number and reason for return. When initiating a return, put In the email subject line: "Return request for Order #" (Order # = your order #, for the item you want to return). Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back. Inkstyle will pay for return shipping costs unless the item is not granted a refund. In that case, Inkstyle will withhold the amount for shipping from the customers refund, in the event a refund is granted. In the event a refund is not granted, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and fees. Returns that do not have that statement in the subject line will not be responded to and a return may not be granted.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
